Perched at the top of Andover Club at The Highlands of Harbor Springs, this privately owned seven-bedroom, seven-bath luxury home is designed for adventure, comfort, and connection.

During the winter season, step right out your back door onto the Lois Lane ski run for true ski-in/ski-out convenience. In warmer months, the expansive backyard and patio invite you to relax and entertain with a private hot tub, built-in natural gas grill, custom firepit, and ample outdoor seating—perfect for evenings under the stars.

Inside, the main level features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and comfortable seating for the whole group. It’s ideal for gathering, watching football, playing games, or simply enjoying each other’s company. The main floor also includes a guest suite with a walk-in tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub, and a second bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath across the hall. A brand-new addition off the kitchen adds even more space, including a kid-favorite bunk room with attached bath and a private workout room leading to the laundry area and spacious primary suite overlooking Lois Lane.

Head downstairs to the lower level, where a second living area offers the perfect hangout spot for kids or teens. Three additional bedrooms complete this level—two with ensuite baths and one with a full bath just across the hall.

This HOMR is just lovely and really feels like you are in someone's home and not a rental. There are multiple spaces for groups to gather and talk, both inside and outside. We were there in mid-September and enjoyed beautiful weather, so were outside most of the time. Everyone had pleasant sleeping and bathroom areas. The kitchen was certainly well equipped. It was quite private. It was a beautiful house and setting for a beautiful gathering.

This house is Beautiful. Our experience was very good. Details were accurate and having 7 washrooms really benefitted the big group. No one had to wait in lines for washrooms.
Kitchen was clean and so wonderful. Patio/Deck/Grill Bar/Fire pit were very good for all of our group to sit around and enjoy the evening.
Responses were very quick and accommodating from the owners. They made check in And checkout process very easy and comfortable.

This is our second year staying at Four Seasons Escape, and we are all ready to book another year! We travel with five families and this house is perfect for a large group.Every couple has their own suite with bathroom and there is a bunk room for the kids. Everything you need in the kitchen and lots of bath towels. Easy ski in/out location. Management is very responsive and always helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with tons of space for parents, grandparents, and grandchildren. We had so much fun staying at this property. We unfortunately couldn't use the ski in/ski out because the North side of the mountain wasn't open. However, easy to get to the day lodge and plenty of room in the garage and mud room to load and unload gear. The house was clean and inviting. The TV in the living room had connectivity issues but the rest of the TVs worked fine. The management team for the property were super friendly and helpful with getting there and leaving information. We would definitely stay here again.

For our family of 8 adults and 8 children between the ages of 12 and 1 this hour was perfect! The older children loved the bunk room and the adults loved having 4 master bedrooms. The kitchen and living area was great for gathering, eating, talking. What the children loved most were the bike runs that they could access just across the street. Can't wait till we can come back!

We had a great three-generation family stay in July/August 2024 with twenty guests ranging from 18 months to 74 years. Highlight of the property were the ample bedrooms and bathrooms and also the spacious outdoor patio with hot tub. Also, I should mention the kitchen was much better equipped than other rentals we have used (children's plates and silverware was a nice touch!) The biggest concern was that the living areas capacity did not meet the needs for our large group - family room seated 10 (with office chair), Dining area seated 12 (with kitchen island), upstairs deck seated a cramped 10 and downstairs basement seated 10 also. The 8 person bunk room was small for the full grown teenagers and young adults that we had in there. Highlights away from the home was an outstanding day trip to Mackinaw Island, plus trips to Petosky state park, harbor springs and Pirates Cove putt-putt.

Beautiful home, very clean, very well maintained. We stayed with 4 families and loved ample space, bedrooms with king beds for all the adults, and en suite or nearby full bathrooms for all. Hotel quality bedding and linens. Ski-in/Ski-out is wonderful to a very easy green run called Lois Lane (note: as of Jan. 2024, the Interconnect lift to this run closes at 3:30pm, so you can't return to this location during night skiing). The location is great, but note that the home is uphill from the resort base area and very difficult to get up the hill and the home's driveway in deep snow. AWD/4WD and or snow tires are needed. No complaints - only happy visitors. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing week with family coming from Florida, Belgium and Mi. The house and property was gorgeous and everything you need is there. We even had a family photo shoot at the property by Laura Crowe Photography. I would highly recommend her, she did a great job with the 17 of us, and we all loved her photos. This house was AMAZING! It was very clean, beautiful views of the mountain and easy ski in ski out during the daylight. The only downfall is that you can't ski directly from the house at night. Our family ( 2 adult kids with their spouses, 2 babies and a 3 year old total 9people) had a wonderful time. They had everything you needed even cribs, sippy cups, baby spoons, toys. Etc. Staying at the house made it easy for those who wanted to ski to walk out the door and ski. Those who watched the babies felt part of it as well. We could see them go down the hill. The only bad part was it wasn't long enough time spent there.

House was well equipped for our annual golf trip in late Sept. Four separate bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for our group. The firepit and the hot tub were great amenities for what turned out to be chilly weather. Only negative was that the coffee machine did not work. Highly recommend this property for golf or ski trips. Noticed that the ski in/out option here is excellent.

The home is stunning with tons of room. Two families stayed here and we were very comfortable. Kitchen os fully stocked. Danielle was very helpful when we needed her. Friendly warning:the home is near top of mountain and with snow our van could not go all the way up hill. You will need 4 wheel drive or snow tires if weather is snowy. Security and the Boyne shuttle saved us. The drive is VERY steep also. You can not get to house after lift closes, without an adventure. Boyne does have a shuttle to house,use it!! Think with our vehicles we would stay closer to bottom of hill. VERY glad we were on the resort property. Danielle was excellent as we needed help and she called security etc and made sure we got out safely.

3 families rented this house for the Michigan High School Skiing State Finals. The location was perfect for the girls to ski out the back door every morning, and then ski home when they were done. Made life relaxing for the parents. There was plenty of room and we cooked all our meals in the very nicely equipped kitchen. The house was clean and nicely decorated, the management was easy to communicate with, and the house was everything the said it would be. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever at the Highlands.

What a beautiful home. 10 of us rented this home in April of 2018. A snow storm had hit the area days before we arrived. The area looked like a winter wonderland. The view from the kitchen window was breathtaking. The accommodations were perfect for our group. The amenities included a hot tub and fire pit outside with two fireplaces in the house. 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget and small appliance you could need. The great room was opened to the dinning room and kitchen, making us feel like we were all together at one time. It was a memorable weekend for 4 Moms and their daughters.

Me and some family members had a wonderful extended weekend at this beautiful home. The landscaping looked as if it was just completed recently. The pictures of the inside of the home are very accurate. The outside now has stairs from the deck down to the very private patio. With hills on both sides. This was a beautiful house with lots of room for big groups. Nice hot tub and outdoor patio area. We had a blast staying here even if the weather was less than perfect for Zoo-de-Mac. The only downside is that it's at the very top of a very steep drive, so be cautious in poor weather conditions.

Very good the house has plenty of room kitchen well stocked. The walk was great that is where we hung out a lot. Three things to improve the overall experience. Get a coffee pot that doesn't take 20 mins to brew. Get a box to put all your he cushions in at night it rained they get wet and it takes a day for them to drive out. Put a regular fridge down stairs.

My family loved renting this house for our annual Boyne trip. First, the house was spotless with comfortable beds in every room. We loved that all 4 rooms had a full bathroom in or next to them. It had excellent decor and amenities such as the Klipsch speaker you could hook into with a phone. Rock solid wireless internet. The kitchen had everything you could want from dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, coffee, sugar, paper towel, bags, etc. I've never rented a property better supplied. The backyard was amazing. Totally peaceful and quiet. Great deck, tons of very nice outdoor furniture. Used the fire pit most nights. We loved the hot tub the first couple of days but it did get a little funky. I texted the number provided and somebody came out the very next day. Great overall responsiveness. I will absolutely rent this house again.

Beautiful house right on Lois Lane for true ski in ski out. Beds and furniture super comfortable. Hot tub needed service and I texted and they replied quickly and sent someone right out. I would love to stay here again and would recommend to all.

Beautiful house located on Boyne Highland ski slope. A perfect location for up north activities (golf, water, beach, biking, shops, restaurants, Mackinac Island, etc.). Lots of room for 9 of us with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax or gather. The outdoor patio with grill, hot tub and firepit was especially lovely. House is beautifully decorated, with 3 kings comfy beds and nice linens. Plenty of dishes and serving wear for group meals. Highly recommend.

It was a little confusing to find the house the first time, and you'd definitely want an suv for winter stays. But when we walked inside the house we were so excited! The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 8 plus grandma bringing it to 9. It is beautifully decorated with quality furniture - indoor and out, beds & bedding, dishes, cookware, glassware, serving dishes, spoons, etc. we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the gracious exterior living space with hot tub, fire pit surrounded by comfortable chairs, grill, outdoor bar with stools, family-sized table, one downside was a non working coffee pot, but we found a Keurig in the laundry room and we had brought our own. We just let the managers know, so it could be replaced. The ladies we worked with were super nice and responsive. In addition to the beautiful house, we loved spending time in Petoskey and boating on Walloon Lake. The drive to Mackinaw City wasn't unreasonable. We didn't venture to Sleeping Bear Dunes-probably 45 minutes, but maybe next time. We really loved everything about this location and hope to return to stay at this exact house next year!
