We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Classic Victorian. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook meals. It's about a half mile walk to shops which was wonderful for Roast & Toast for lunch, Noggin Room for dinner and Murdicks!
The only negative was that the yard was all torn up so my grandsons had no where to play and we weren't notified.

This charming house has been nicely updated and meticulously maintained so our experience was wonderful from the moment we stepped in. We were a group of 5 women and there as ample bedroom and bathroom space for everyone to enjoy their own retreat. The location was ideal, there was plenty of parking space, and excellent communication by the management team. Nearly everything you needed was waiting at the house (except extra boxes of tissues; there was only one). Departure rules were short and simple so we were able to vacate earlier than the required time. We had a fantastic time in Petoskey and staying at this property made it that much better.

The whole process from finding a place on VRBO, to booking, checking in, and checking out was really easy and fast and stress free. The house was everything we could have asked for. Six of us...and we all had our own bed and there were plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. All the bathroom essentials were provided...beautiful towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer. The place was awesome and exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at the Victorian cottage. It was located in downtown Petoskey, on a beautiful street. We loved the front porch and spent much of our time there to enjoy the beautiful weather.

We enjoyed our stay in the Classic Victorian home in Petoskey. Its close location to downtown made it very convenient for us. It served as a nice location for first-look wedding pictures. We loved sitting out on the front porch and visiting with family and friends.

The street can be a little busy with cars, and the kitchen could use better pots, pans, silverware, steak knives, and scissors. Also, clean out the spice drawer of its expired spices. These are not big issues, by any means, just items that need attention.

For our annual girls trip we decided to visit Petoskey. So happy to have found this lovely home on VRBO! We had ample room for 5 of us to sleep comfortably. The porch is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Walked to town every day; it is a hilly area. Loved that there was a garage available to store our rental bikes. Although we didn't use it the kitchen was very well appointed! Coffee, filters, ample dishes and laundry detergent were all available for use. Furnishings and decorating style are just perfect!! Really wouldn't change a thing!!

The rental worked great for us. The bride and bridesmaids stayed the first night and all got ready together. They had a fun night on Friday and then a great morning before the wedding. We parents were grateful for the use of the house. It was much better than renting hotel rooms. The location was close to the wedding venue and worked out just great.

The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen fully and well equipped; it represents a marvelous blend of the original Victorian house with modern amenities that renters expect. We were a family of 7 adults/two kids and absolutely LOVED spending time on the front porch and playing in the back. The week before our arrival there had been a strong storm that brought down two trees; Danielle from the management company was able to get the house ready for our arrival and personally QUICKLY fixed a blip of our wi-fi. Everything was done professionally, promptly, and with great courtesy.

We will come again to this great house located just uphill a few blocks from the Petoskey downtown. This was the Covid summer but we enjoyed beaches, parks, and carry-out from restaurants. Loved every minute.

This Petoskey home is in the perfect location, just steps away from downtown Petoskey and the beautiful harbor. Beautiful neighborhood. The house itself was clean and well stocked with essentials as well as fans. The rooms were a little small but at least there were 4 of them. The bathrooms are also small, thus no king size beds, but again, at least there were 4 of them. Unfortunately the washer and dryer were broken and had been for a while but we were not told of this in advance of packing. We packed assuming we could wash clothes. We were also stressed a bit with phone calls from the rental agency about repairmen coming one of our days in the early hours of the morning. We rearranged our schedule so we could be there while they were in the house. It then became a little frustrating with coordinating changing times of when the repairmen would show up after they didn't come the morning they were scheduled. We were compensated for having to go to a laundromat and for the added stress of the phone calls and schedule changes. The front porch is magnificent. The grill worked great. The next door neighbor is super friendly and the location is worth it all!

Party of eight senior citizens really enjoyed the home, it's location in proximity to downtown and bay, and the town of Petoskey. Contact with Vacation Properties of N. Michigan was easy, prompt and professional. The home may not be ideal for those with mobility issues because the inside stairs are steep. There was one issue: this writer stayed in the bedroom at the back of the house and was woken every morning at 7:00am by the high school band practicing outside the school. Admittedly, I have excellent hearing but it was very annoying; it lasted an hour so I could not go back to sleep. Could they not practice after school?

We had beautiful family vacation. The home was extremely comfortable for seven adults. Ample room for visiting, eating and preparing food. We enjoyed the backyard for a barbecue and a game of croquet. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for a large family. The beds are very comfortable and there was never a lack of bathrooms.
