The Little Traverse Wheelway (paved bike path) runs right in front of the condo development that can connect you to Harbor Springs for lunch and shopping or all the way through Petoskey to Charlevoix for the same amenities. A quick drive to many other favorites like Mackinac Island, championship golf courses, great restaurants, the Inland Waterway, and so much more.

Upon entering this great ground level unit, you walk through a breezeway into the living area complete with an electric fireplace and open to the kitchen. Enjoy breakfast at the barstools or at the small table in the living room – also perfect for a game or puzzle area.
